Society of St. Vincent de Paul Mission Statement<\/span><\/span>
\nInspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul leads men and women to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who We Are<\/span><\/span>
\nA group of men and women of varied ages, employed and retired, of different backgrounds with a variety of interests. Each of us donates our time and talent as we feel comfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n

What We Do<\/span><\/span>
\nPay and share together as friends
\nParticipate in Communion breakfast and retreat days
\nVisit our neighbors in need in their homes
\nProvide financial assistance
\nProvide non-financial assistance such as help with budgeting
\nMonitor our answering machine and return all calls the same day
\nStaff the food pantry on Saturday mornings
\nSponsor and participate in fundraising events and programs
\nMaintain a resource guide of federal, state and county assistance programs
\nParticipate in the parish Christmas Giving Tree project
\nContact our government representatives in regard to legislation that can help the poor<\/span><\/p>\n

Who We Help<\/span><\/span>
\nWe help residents of Bordentown City, Bordentown Township, Fieldsboro, Roebling and Florence. We also help parishioners of Mary, Mother of the Church Parish regardless of town of residence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tax Exemption Status<\/span><\/span>
\nThe Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a non-profit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3).<\/span><\/p>\n
